The Struggle Is Real

During the tween-teen years, the brain is developing different areas at a time. It can be spotty and all over the place, making life feel chaotic or overwhelming for teens and parents alike.

Since the brain doesn't come into adult level development until the mid-20's, the teenage years can be difficult in a lot of ways.

Talk therapy is a great way to help teens work through their thoughts, questions, concerns, and perceptions in a safe environment so they can face their relationships and world with more authenticity and alignment.
